Apple & Carrot Soup
APPLE & CARROT SOUP
-
1 onion
-
1 head garlic
-
4 tablespoon butter
-
5 apples
-
5 carrots
-
12 strips of bacon
-
4 to 5 cups of stock (see stock recipe)

Put the stock into a large pot
-
Cut the onions and garlic up into bite sizes
-
Fry them in a frying pan with 2 tablespoon of butter
-
(Cook the bacon to your preference, crispy or rubbery doesn’t matter) *Optional
-
Fry the apples and carrots until soft with rest of butter
-
Add everything (but the bacon)* to stock
-
Blend well
-
(Add bacon)*Optional
-
Serve warm
