CHILI

  • 4 onions

  • 1 head of garlic

  • 6 large tomatoes

  • 1 can of beans

  • 1 or 2 peppers, any colour

  • 1 pound of ground beef

  • 3 tablespoon of butter

  • Chilli to taste (minium 3 tablespoons)

  • Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  1. Cut up the garlic, onions and peppers

  2. Fry them in a pot with the butter

  3. When the onions are clear, add the beef. Cook until it is fully brown

  4. Cut up the tomatoes into chunks

  5. Add the tomatoes and spices to the mixture

  6. Let cook for ½ hour on medium or until the chili is thick

  7. Serve warm
