Chili
CHILI
-
4 onions
-
1 head of garlic
-
6 large tomatoes
-
1 can of beans
-
1 or 2 peppers, any colour
-
1 pound of ground beef
-
3 tablespoon of butter
-
Chilli to taste (minium 3 tablespoons)

Pepper to taste
-
Salt to taste
-
Cut up the garlic, onions and peppers
-
Fry them in a pot with the butter
-
When the onions are clear, add the beef. Cook until it is fully brown
-
Cut up the tomatoes into chunks
-
Add the tomatoes and spices to the mixture
-
Let cook for ½ hour on medium or until the chili is thick
-
Serve warm
