COLESLAW

  • 1 head of cabbage

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 large carrots

  • 1 pepper (red, yellow, or orange)

  • Dressing

    • 1 cup mayonnaise

    • ¼ cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar

    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Shred the cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onions

  2. Put them into a bowl

  3. In a different container, mix the dressing ingredients

  4. Mix the dressing and the vegetables together

  5. Serve!
