French Onion Soup
FRENCH ONION SOUP

4 to 5 cups stock (see stock recipe)

5 onions
-
8 scallions
-
4 tablespoon butter
-
⅛ teaspoon Tarragon
-
1 head garlic
-
1 loaf bread
-
2 cups of cheese
-
Put stock in pot
-
Cut up the onions, scallions, garlic
-
Fry the onions, scallions, garlic and butter, cook until clear
-
Add fried components to stock
-
Slow boil down until a bit denser
-
Put in bowls, add a slice of bread on top
-
Sprinkle with cheese
-
Microwave or oven so the cheese melts
-
Serve
