FRUIT CRISP

  • 1 cup rhubarb

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 3 apples

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 ½ cups of oats

  • ¾ cup of melted butter

  1. Cut the fruit into small bite size pieces

  2. Mix the lemon juice, fruit and 1 cup of sugar into the baking dish

  3. Combine the oats, rest of the sugar and the butter

  4. Put the oat mixture on top of the fruit mixture

  5. Bake it At 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour

  6. Serve warm

  • Notes from Cam:  Maple syrup can be substituted for the sugar with the fruit. Ice Cream and Whipped Cream will taste amazing with the fruit crumble.
