FRUIT CRISP

1 cup rhubarb

1 cup strawberries

3 apples

2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cups sugar
-
1 ½ cups of oats
-
¾ cup of melted butter
-
Cut the fruit into small bite size pieces
-
Mix the lemon juice, fruit and 1 cup of sugar into the baking dish
-
Combine the oats, rest of the sugar and the butter
-
Put the oat mixture on top of the fruit mixture
-
Bake it At 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Serve warm

Notes from Cam: Maple syrup can be substituted for the sugar with the fruit. Ice Cream and Whipped Cream will taste amazing with the fruit crumble.
