FRUIT SALAD

  • 2 cups of strawberries

  • 5 apples

  • ½ cup rhubarb

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup cherries

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • A Couple of leaves of mint for garnish

  • Dressing

    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

    • 1 cup apple juice

  1. Cut the strawberries into quarters

  2. Cut the apples into bite sized chunks (1 inch cubes)

  3. Cut rhubarb into ½ inch cubes

  4. Mix everything into a large bowl,

  5. Toss before serving
