PANCAKES

  • 1 ¼ cup milk

  • 1 ½ flour

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoon butter

  • 3 ½ baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add the wet ingredients (3 tablespoon of butter, melted) into and blend everything together until smooth

  3. Tablespoon of butter onto a frying pan on a medium high

  4. Pour some batter in, ¼ cup for small to 1 ½ cup for large

  5. Flip after large bubble reach the surface

  6. Wait 2 minutes and serve with topping of your choice
