POTATO HASH

  • 8 potatoes

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 ½ cups butter

  • ⅔ to ¾ milk

  • 1 head garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  1. Cook potatoes

  2. Make mash potatoes

  3. Add ⅔  to ¾ cup of milk

  4. Add ½ butter

  5. Mash everything

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7.      3. Shred the carrots

  8.      4. Mix the mash potatoes with shredded carrots

  9.      5. Put into a baking dish

  10.      6. Make the garlic butter

  11. Mince the garlic

  12.      B.  Melt butter

  13.      C.  Add together

  14.      D. Add the garlic butter on top of the mashed potatoes

  15. 8. Bake for ⅔ to ¾ of an hour

  16. 9. Serve while warm
