POTATO HASH

8 potatoes

2 carrots

1 ½ cups butter
-
⅔ to ¾ milk

1 head garlic

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes
-
Make mash potatoes
-
Add ⅔ to ¾ cup of milk
-
Add ½ butter
-
Mash everything
-
Salt and pepper to taste

3. Shred the carrots
-
4. Mix the mash potatoes with shredded carrots
-
5. Put into a baking dish
-
6. Make the garlic butter
-
Mince the garlic
-
B. Melt butter
-
C. Add together
-
D. Add the garlic butter on top of the mashed potatoes
-
8. Bake for ⅔ to ¾ of an hour
-
9. Serve while warm
