STOCK
-
Bones (from meat eaten earlier such as chicken bones)
-
Discarded parts of vegetables
-
2 large spanish onions
-
Enough Water to fill a pot of your choice
-
Cut the onion into quarters
-
place all ingredients into the pot
-
Place the pot on a Low boil for 6-8 hours
-
Strain and let cool
-
Skim the surface layer for fat
-
Use as the base for soups
