STOCK

  • Bones (from meat eaten earlier such as chicken bones)

  • Discarded parts of vegetables

  • 2 large spanish onions

  • Enough Water to fill a pot of your choice

  1. Cut the onion into quarters

  2. place all ingredients into the pot

  3. Place the pot on a Low boil for 6-8 hours

  4. Strain and let cool

  5. Skim the surface layer for fat

  6. Use as the base for soups
